Data Use and AI Processing Policy
Last updated: 29 April 2026
This Data Use and AI Processing Policy explains how Aksusnet uses customer, organization, learning, and usage data in connection with the Service.
1. Purpose
Aksusnet is designed to help organizations create and manage their own learning academy. To provide the Service, we process data such as organization settings, user memberships, learning content, quiz activity, progress records, certificates, and billing status.
This policy is intended to make clear:
- what data is used for core service delivery;
- what data may be used for security and improvement;
- how customer content is treated;
- how any AI or automated features should be handled if enabled now or in the future.
2. Customer content
Customer Content includes courses, modules, units, quiz questions, answers, descriptions, uploaded materials, and other learning content submitted by organizations or users.
We use Customer Content to:
- host and display learning content;
- provide course and quiz functionality;
- track progress and completion;
- generate or display certificates;
- maintain backups;
- provide support when requested;
- secure and operate the Service;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not claim ownership of Customer Content.
3. Learning and progress data
The Service may process:
- enrollments;
- viewed units;
- quiz attempts and scores;
- completed courses;
- certificates;
- badges, points, and bookmarks;
- activity logs.
This data is used to provide learning features, organization reporting, user progress history, and auditability. Organization owners and administrators may be able to view learning activity for users in their organization.
4. Organization data
Organization data may include:
- organization name and slug;
- workspace settings;
- member roles and invitations;
- admin actions;
- subscription and billing status.
This data is used to provide tenant isolation, workspace management, billing, permissions, and support.
5. Usage and diagnostics
We may process technical and diagnostic data such as:
- request logs and error reports;
- request IDs and feature usage;
- browser/device information;
- IP address and timestamps;
- security events.
We use this data to maintain reliability, debug issues, investigate abuse or security incidents, improve performance, understand feature adoption, and plan product improvements.
6. AI features
If Aksusnet offers AI-assisted features now or in the future, those features will be clearly identified in the product.
Unless a separate setting, agreement, or notice says otherwise:
- customer content is not used to train third-party foundation models;
- organization-private learning content is not shared with other organizations;
- AI processing is limited to providing the requested feature;
- AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by users before use;
- admins should control whether AI features are enabled for their organization where technically available.
7. Product improvement
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand how the Service is used and to improve the product. Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify a specific person or organization.
We do not use organization-private Customer Content for public marketing, demos, or training materials without permission.
8. Tenant isolation
Aksusnet is designed as an organization-based multitenant application. Organization data is scoped to the correct organization workspace. Users only access organization content and learning records according to their membership, role, and permissions.
9. Support access
Support access to customer environments or data, if needed, is limited to what is necessary to investigate or resolve the issue. Support access is handled with appropriate security and logging controls.
10. Data export and deletion
Data export and deletion options may depend on:
- account role and organization ownership;
- plan and legal requirements;
- backup retention and technical feasibility.
Organization owners may be responsible for exporting or deleting organization-controlled records when users leave the organization.
11. Security and abuse prevention
We may process data to detect, prevent, or investigate:
- unauthorized access and tenant-isolation issues;
- fraud, spam, abuse, and attacks;
- policy violations and payment misuse.
12. Human review
Certain actions may involve human review, such as:
- support requests and security investigations;
- billing disputes and abuse reports;
- legal requests and account recovery.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
