Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 April 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, joining an organization workspace, or otherwise using the Aksusnet platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Aksusnet is a multi-tenant learning platform. Organizations subscribe, create content (trails, modules, units, quizzes), and invite learners. Aksusnet provides the software, hosting, and support; organizations are responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring they have rights to it.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits, or other security controls.
- Upload malware, phishing content, or unlawful content.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without written permission.
- Send unsolicited bulk messaging through the Service's transactional email channel.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed per organization via Stripe in the currency shown at checkout.
- Fees recur on the stated cadence (monthly or annual) unless you cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes are the subscriber's responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout.
- Failed payments may result in restricted admin authoring while published learning remains available in a short grace window. Continued non-payment may lead to suspension.
6. Content ownership
Organizations retain ownership of content they upload. By using the Service, they grant Aksusnet the limited right to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aksusnet's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel a subscription at any time via the in-app billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where practical.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the application and/or by email to account holders. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
