What is Aksusnet?

Aksusnet is a multi-tenant learning platform where organizations create structured learning trails with modules, quizzes, progress tracking, badges, and certificates — all under their own subdomain.

How does the organization model work?

Each organization gets a dedicated subdomain (e.g. acme.aksusnet.eu) with isolated content, members, and billing. Owners manage the organization; admins help author content; learners consume it.

What roles are available?

Owner, admin, and learner. Owners have full control including billing, configuration, member management, and gamification setup. Admins can author and manage learning content. Learners access published trails and track progress.

How does billing work?

Each organization has its own Stripe subscription managed by the owner. Learning access remains available even without an active subscription. Admin content authoring requires an active or trialing subscription.

Can I try it before subscribing?

Yes. Create an organization and start building content immediately. Learning features are available from the start. Subscribe when you are ready to unlock full admin authoring capabilities.

How do members join an organization?

Organization owners send email invitations. Recipients accept the invite link, sign up or sign in, and gain membership in the organization. Google OAuth sign-in is also supported.
